Hadn't been here in a while. Was not disappointed the back burner burger I order was very good, juicy with a nice char on the meat. Wife's chicken fried steak was good, nice big plate. Service was very welcoming n always attentive to serve.
Great American Breakfast place in Porterville! The staff were very kind and the service was phenomenal. I had a corn beef hash meal that came with hash brown and two eggs with toast. Coffee tasted great too. Would definitely go again when I have another breakfast craving (: plenty of seating and it's very clean.

Fantastic homey airport diner. Whether you're a pilot or just visiting the airport to have a meal and look at the planes and aviation memorabilia, the Airway Cafe is a no frills place with some tasty food! I had the Amelia Earhart burger which was cooked from non-frozen and served with some delicious fries. I also had a Greek salad on the side, which had a decent amount of vegetables and tomatoes. The salad was decent, but I'd probably skip it next time. All in all - if you're looking for a delicious burger -- that's the thing to the get at the Airway Cafe. Enjoy!
